Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients, primarily adults, utilizing live video technology. This allows for effective treatment of emotional disorders through modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Collaborate with our psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care planning, addressing both psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Employ automated symptom self-assessments and functional outcome measures to track patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which helps ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, providing personalized mental health care to a diverse patient population.

• Ensure a commitment to measurement-based care to enhance treatment effectiveness and adapt interventions as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults aged 13 years and up, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other emotional disorders. Your role will emphasize creating a therapeutic environment built on trust and understanding, which is crucial for establishing rapport with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
