Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your role will include a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients and their families achieve better mental health outcomes. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and goals.
\n
• Providing both individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on relationship dynamics.
\n
• Addressing specific issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological or physical trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline measurable objectives and strategies.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. Our clients seek therapy for a wide range of concerns, including:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Psychological trauma and recovery from abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss support for individuals and families.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members, including sibling rivalry and communication breakdowns.

• Adjustments related to separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to practice in Washington.
\n
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in working with both individual and family therapy, as well as knowledge in trauma-informed care practices, is highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
