Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellspring Shift Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, parents, and family units, while also providing individual therapy as needed.

• Diagnosing and treating a diverse array of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address both the individual and systemic dynamics at play.

• Ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and effectiveness in providing care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will cater to a wide spectrum of issues such as conflicts within family structures, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.
