Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify each client's mental health challenges and strengths, facilitating effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions that reflect each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' knowledge and coping mechanisms while fostering a sense of community.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary to support clients in acute need.

• Maintain comprehensive and ethical documentation of client progress in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
