Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and therapy goals.

• Creating personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families based on therapy assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Engaging in regular follow-up sessions to monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal client progress.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and attachment-based therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with organizational protocols and health regulations.

• Participating actively in team meetings and case discussions to understand holistic client care and to share strategies and insights with your colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work in this role will involve diverse patients, including those struggling with relationship issues, coping with grief, dealing with family dynamics, and addressing mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. By working closely with clients from various backgrounds, you will help them uncover patterns, address conflicts, and develop effective coping strategies to improve their relational health and overall happiness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
