Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of families and individuals.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and families, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that focus on the personal growth and healing of each family member.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to guide your practice.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our integrated care model to ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and state regulations.

• Participating in regular supervision, training, and professional development opportunities offered by Wellspring Shift Wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of couples and families facing various challenges, such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, job stress, family conflicts, and blended family issues. You will engage with both adult and adolescent populations, employing your expertise to navigate complex family dynamics and enhance overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
