Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate various schedules. Our therapists have the flexibility to manage a caseload of 10-30 billable hours each week, enabling them to create a balanced work-life integration. We handle all administrative duties, ensuring that you can focus entirely on delivering effective therapy to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.

• Engage in case management responsibilities, which include treatment planning and psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to clients’ needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic methods such as crisis intervention, skills training, stress management, addiction counseling, and family therapy.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, for clinical supervision and integrated care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions and communicate with external resources (e.g., schools, family members) to gather relevant client information.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
\n
• Explain treatment options and coordinate further care or psychiatric admissions as needed.
\n
• Provide resources and informational support to clients with dual-diagnosis disorders to enhance their treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients facing mental health challenges, including those requiring support for dual disorders. You will develop meaningful therapeutic relationships by understanding and addressing their unique backgrounds, societal influences, and cultural contexts. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license to practice in the state of California, or have a Psy.D.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy or counseling services.
\n
• Proven experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least two years of experience in the field is required, candidates with additional specialization in areas like trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapy, and family systems therapy are especially encouraged to apply. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with evidenced-based practices will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, falling between USD 75,000 and 125,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to exceptional candidates.
