Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM criteria while collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists for clinical oversight.

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to specific client needs.

• Administer a range of therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, supportive therapy, stress management, addictions counseling, and family therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, assessing their progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Participate in regular clinical consultations and team meetings to discuss cases, treatment progress, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We also provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires.
