This position is entirely remote, providing the convenience of working from home while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. Our advanced integrated systems ensure that you have immediate access to electronic health records and clinical resources. Clinicians have the autonomy to manage a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week, allowing for personalized client interaction and focused therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, employing various therapeutic modalities in individual, family, and group settings.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services, including crisis intervention, couple's counseling, skills training, and support for dual-diagnosis disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standard of care, consistently reviewing treatment efficacy and adjusting approaches to meet client needs effectively.

• Assure all services are delivered in compliance with organization, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining thorough documentation of clinical interventions.

• Participate in regular consultations with interdisciplinary team members, engaging in collaborative discussions to refine treatment strategies and foster a culture of learning.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practice and contribute to quality management and clinical team meetings, sharing insights and challenging cases appropriately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a range of challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. Our clinical team serves clients through intensive outpatient programs, employing a patient-centered approach to foster long-term recovery and healthy family dynamics. This role directly contributes to improving patient outcomes by delivering timely interventions and ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D recognized by the state of Washington.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records for scheduling, documentation, and client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated clinical competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans.

• Familiarity with crisis management and knowledge of community resources available for referrals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
