In this remote role based in Kent, Washington, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule that prioritizes work-life balance. Our practice values collaboration, so while you primarily work from home providing telehealth services, opportunities for virtual and in-person team meetings exist to foster community and support among clinicians.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines to assess client needs and treatment options.
\n
• Offer short-term psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities suited for various mental health issues.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, when necessary, to ensure immediate and appropriate therapeutic responses to urgent client needs.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers for integrated care efforts.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans in response to client evaluations, engaging clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals.
\n
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultation, group supervision, and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
\n
• Maintain accurate and complete records of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines and organizational protocols.
\n
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance access to mental health services and resources for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of supervised experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical or community health setting.
\n
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in dealing with a variety of mental health disorders, particularly in a community health context.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments and therapeutic modalities applicable in both individual and group therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
