Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs using the latest DSM guidelines, under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists.

• Provide individualized and group psychotherapy services using a range of evidence-based practices, ensuring a client-centered approach in treatment planning and execution.

• Deliver diverse therapeutic interventions including crisis management, brief therapy, stress management, couples therapy, and skills training for individuals and families grappling with mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, potentially coordinating care and psychiatric admissions when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, documenting all interventions and progress notes to support compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular consultative meetings with peers to discuss complex cases, share insights, and promote best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Provide resources and consultations to members of the community, answering questions regarding mental health issues and facilitating access to necessary support services.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) with the ability to practice in Florida.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in delivering psychotherapy services and working with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
