Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying strengths and available support resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to promote healing and personal growth.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure clients’ immediate needs are addressed during critical moments.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at enhancing clients’ understanding of mental health and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a high standard of client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
