Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and provide tailored behavioral health treatments through both telehealth and, when applicable, in-person sessions.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic progress meticulously within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring accurate and timely clinical records.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists during case consultations to discuss treatment approaches and share insights, thereby enhancing the overall quality of care provided.

• Offer crisis intervention and mature judgment during emergency situations, ensuring clients receive appropriate support.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, including workshops and webinars to maintain licensure and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Through tailored therapeutic interventions, our goal is to help clients foster emotional resilience, enhance interpersonal relationships, and navigate life's complexities with confidence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMFT license or equivalent licensure to practice independently.
\n
• Strong clinical acumen and an understanding of DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and documentation of services.

• Ability to function as a proactive self-starter as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your calendar and schedule client sessions efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telemedicine practices, enhancing the delivery of therapy in a virtual environment.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Familiarity with Google G-Suite and clinical software platforms such as TheraNest for record-keeping and practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
