Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and needs.

• Manage and complete all necessary documentation, billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner, adhering to organizational and federal guidelines.

• Develop crisis intervention, safety, and relapse prevention plans tailored to individual needs, supporting clients in maintaining stable mental health.

• Design and implement discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for patients returning to their daily lives.

• Stay updated with all federal and state laws and ensure compliance with NEHS policies and procedures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance skills and maintain licensure.

• Actively participate in case consultation and agency meetings to contribute to a culture of collective learning and patient-centered practice.

• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training without delay.
