Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological conditions and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
