Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that cater to the unique concerns of clients, integrating therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.

• Oversaw couples therapy sessions aimed at resolving conflicts, enhancing communication, and building stronger relationships.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, outlining clear goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Address family dynamics in therapy sessions, focusing on communication patterns and relationship-building strategies that promote healthier family interactions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers and supervisors to ensure best practices are upheld.

• Actively participate in continuing education and training sessions to stay updated on the latest therapeutic methodologies and developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Central Mind of Cure Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, including couples and families dealing with various mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will focus on providing culturally competent therapy that respects and embraces the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in various therapeutic methods.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
