Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients, tailoring therapy programs that promote healing and growth.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to remain current with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services for clients who may require additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience working in community health settings, particularly with diverse populations, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy and digital health tools will also be beneficial, as we provide remote services to many clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Freedom House Recovery Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
