This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that can be tailored to your needs. The scheduled workdays are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a stable routine that most professionals desire. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Huckeye Health Recovery Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities for both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring ongoing communication with clients regarding their treatment progress.
\n
• Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients meet and exceed their health goals, collaborating closely with other team members.
\n
• Document each session meticulously according to company protocols, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational representatives, to provide holistic support for clients.

You will work closely with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing challenges like relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are necessary for the role:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Prior experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is highly desired.
