Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still having opportunities for collaborative in-person meetings at our outpatient office in Silver Spring. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent framework that enables you to dedicate your evenings and weekends to personal time or professional pursuits. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and therapy goals.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to suit specific concerns such as depression, anxiety, communication issues, or trauma.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that they remain aligned with therapeutic objectives and progress.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Maryland.
