Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering a trustful and supportive relationship.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct regular consultations with clients to review progress, modify treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling and emotional support.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
