Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Yellow Brick Road Consulting, your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong and positive relationships with patients to foster an atmosphere of trust and openness.

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing proven methodologies and evidence-based practices.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances, challenges, and goals of each patient.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues and encourage active participation.

• Regularly updating and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Providing referrals to specialized practitioners and additional resources when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around diverse patient populations ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload while meeting administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
