Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Seaside Counseling and Assessment, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with clients to design personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Providing psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to integrate treatment approaches for comprehensive client care.
