This full-time position allows therapists to work remotely, providing essential therapeutic support to children and adolescents facing developmental and intellectual challenges. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually for qualified candidates.

This position features a remote work setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your main tasks will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions either in the client’s home or through secure telehealth platforms.
\n
• Providing therapeutic support focused on anger management, coping strategies, and skill-building to enhance social interactions.
\n
• Working collaboratively with the Child Family Treatment Team and other healthcare providers to design and implement personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Regularly assessing and documenting progress on treatment objectives, ensuring timely submission of intake records and progress notes.
\n
• Participating in monthly team meetings for case reviews and ongoing professional development.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is working with children and adolescents aged 3 to 20, including those with developmental disabilities and cognitive challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of these young people and their families by guiding them through behavioral management and promoting positive growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license issued in the state of Maryland.
\n
• A commitment to 5-10 hours of availability per week during after-school hours (4 PM - 7 PM), with weekend flexibility as a plus.

• Proficient bilingual communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese, essential for serving our diverse community.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing positive behavior support strategies.
