Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant information about clients' histories and mental health concerns.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress in accordance with best practices and organizational guidelines.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to structural family therapy, strategic therapy, and communication therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in ongoing psychoeducation to equip clients with the tools and skills necessary for improved interpersonal relationships and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with diverse patient populations, including individuals and families experiencing relational conflicts, emotional disturbances, and various mental health disorders. Your focus on psychoeducation and relationship counseling will empower clients to foster healthier connections with one another and with themselves. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science field is required.

• Current and valid MFT license is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
