Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals, followed by formulating accurate diagnostic impressions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, facilitating meaningful therapeutic dialogue that fosters healing and personal growth.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of case notes and client progress using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in optional case consultations and clinical meetings to discuss treatment approaches and enhance care strategies collaboratively.

• Stay informed on licensure requirements, ethical practices, and emerging trends in mental health treatment to consistently deliver quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to connect across varied backgrounds—culturally and socioeconomically—will be vital in establishing trust and rapport. As an integral part of our outpatient service model, your contributions will empower clients to achieve personal resilience and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current, active LMFT license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Strong clinical skills and experience in various therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and other modalities, are preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate therapeutic concepts and interventions clearly to clients and colleagues.

• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency with technology, especially in utilizing EHR platforms and telehealth tools; willingness to engage with new digital resources as they become available.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or psychosocial support setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
