Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand patient backgrounds and specific concerns.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation of patient histories and progress notes through our electronic health record system.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting treatment modalities such as structural family therapy, communication therapy, or narrative therapy based on client needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include measurable objectives and therapeutic goals tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights and recommendations for client care improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse and includes individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science field.

• Current and valid MFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience working with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
