Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, facilitating their diagnosis.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their unique requirements, goals, and preferences, fostering a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address various mental health issues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, the role primarily focuses on individuals and families struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
