Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients, addressing their unique circumstances and goals in a confidential setting.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier relationships.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and strengths, developing tailored treatment plans grounded in their specific situations.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based modalities, to support client goal attainment.

• Partner with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, psychiatric nurses, and social workers, to provide seamless and integrated client care.

• Document client progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
