Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose and understand clients' mental health needs, crafting effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring a holistic approach to foster personal growth, resilience, and well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress diligently, utilizing electronic health record systems to enhance care coordination.

• Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and strategies that support best practices in therapeutic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents who are facing a range of psychological and emotional challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding them through issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma recovery, and life transitions, contributing positively to their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating competency in family systems and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
