Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients by creating a safe and trusting environment conducive to open discussion.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, including intake evaluations to effectively diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic interventions and goals based on each patient's unique circumstances.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, to support patient recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. We focus on delivering culturally sensitive care, understanding that each client's background contributes to their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrable experience providing individual and/or group therapy within a mental health setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring a high level of productivity and adherence to schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth environment is preferred, as we embrace technology to expand access to care.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient notes and track treatments efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
