Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client needs and create tailored therapy plans that address individual, couple, and family concerns.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Document and maintain accurate client records according to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, to refine your therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with other clinical staff to discuss treatment approaches and client progress during bi-weekly team meetings.

• Lead family therapy sessions aimed at improving family dynamics and addressing underlying issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of relational and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. You will be instrumental in developing intervention strategies that are both personalized and culturally relevant, catering to the unique backgrounds of our clients, including diverse cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required.
