Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals digitally to ensure that all aspects of a patient's mental health and well-being are addressed holistically.

• Provide immediate virtual support for families facing acute crises, assisting in de-escalation and conflict resolution via secure online communication channels.

• Create, implement, and continually revise personalized treatment plans based on thorough virtual assessments, monitoring client progress and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client population will include individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. By employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, you will help clients build coping strategies, improve relationships, and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in mental health or family therapy settings.
