This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility in your schedule. Therapists have full control over their caseload, with expected billable hours ranging between 10-30 each week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and short-term psychotherapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities for those seeking ambulatory mental health services.

• Collaborate closely with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians to deliver comprehensive care and ensure clinical accountability.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, couples counseling, and family therapy.
\n
• Utilize the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to conduct assessments and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement treatment strategies based on individual clinical needs while adhering to best practices in behavioral health service delivery.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, prepare detailed reports, and effectively communicate with family members and relevant social services, with proper consent.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss complex cases and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Adhere rigorously to all organizational, state, and federal guidelines, including maintaining licensure standards and patient care protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with individuals exhibiting mental health challenges, as well as those with dual diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D in Psychology to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of psychotherapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic approaches and methods.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
