Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest version of the DSM, under the supervision of licensed psychologists and other clinical leaders.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and group therapy sessions, addressing a broad range of mental health challenges for children, adults, and families.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and develop strategies for coping and managing stress, addictions, and family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, detailing sessions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess client needs, formulate treatment recommendations, and ensure holistic care.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards are upheld within the practice.

Qualifications\n
