Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and implement short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Work under the guidance of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists while providing psychotherapeutic interventions, treatment planning, and case management.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to furnish services such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, stress management, and family counseling.

• Demonstrate proficiency in applying evidence-based treatment modalities and maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights on patient assessments and treatment strategies to enhance care quality.

• Assess the urgency of clients’ needs and determine proper interventions in collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring timely and appropriate care solutions.
