Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted, evidence-based short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities for individuals, families, and groups in both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

• Apply crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing immediate distress while collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists for coordinated care.

• Deliver therapeutic services including couple therapy, addictions counseling, family therapy, and skills training tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of therapy sessions, including preparing reports, and engaging with family members and external agencies for comprehensive client support.

• Participate in clinical consultations with multidisciplinary team members to discuss case assessments, treatment planning, and improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines pertinent to mental health therapy, ensuring the highest quality of care for every client.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or Psy.D in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
