Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Atlantic Health Group, you will:

• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including telehealth platforms, to deliver care for symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with a licensed psychologist, integrating insights from your evaluations and feedback from clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care in a timely manner, demonstrating flexibility in urgent situations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in interdepartmental consultations and clinical team meetings to enhance your clinical competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds who seek assistance with mental health disorders and dual-diagnosis issues. You will provide services including brief therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and specific interventions tailored for clients dealing with addictions or chronic stress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) approved for practice in Colorado.

• A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution specializing in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work.

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, preferably within a community health or similar setting.
