Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM criteria to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy, counseling, and crisis intervention services to clients through telehealth, with a focus on evidence-based modalities.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems in documenting client sessions and maintaining up-to-date treatment notes and reports.

• Engage in care coordination, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Develop treatment strategies that address individual, family, and group dynamics associated with mental health and dual disorders.

• Participate in clinical supervision and uphold a high standard of practice through ongoing learning and adherence to organizational guidelines.

• Provide supportive therapy for issues such as addiction, stress management, couples counseling, and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000, based on experience and credentials.
