Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy services for individual clients as well as families and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring interventions to meet diverse client needs, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, and supportive counseling.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians to develop treatment plans aligned with the clinical objectives.

• Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly while providing ongoing support to improve mental health outcomes.

• Manage cases involving individuals with dual disorders, employing appropriate strategies to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, preparing necessary reports and engaging with relevant parties (such as family members or schools) to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Participate in team meetings and quality assurance activities to review complex cases, enhance service delivery, and implement best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
