Work Environment\n

In this remote outpatient role, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, working primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our team adopts a hybrid model, allowing for telehealth options alongside in-office consultations when needed. You'll be supported by an administrative team that handles billing and scheduling, enabling you to concentrate on delivering high-quality client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices in an outpatient setting.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to address a spectrum of emotional and psychological issues, including trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation that meets state regulations and agency compliance standards.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions offered by LumaMind Therapy, ensuring your skills are current and effective.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experience various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of Nevada or be eligible for licensure within the next 90 days.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LumaMind Therapy offers a competitive salary that ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
