This full-time position allows you to provide professional mental health services while working remotely, giving you the ability to help clients cultivate healthier relationships and navigate life’s challenges from the comfort of your home or our outpatient offices in Germantown, Maryland.

Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your schedule while ensuring you stay connected with our team through regular virtual meetings and forums for collaboration. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, with a standard schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their psychological well-being and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions while employing evidence-based practices to address a range of issues, including relationship dynamics, anxiety, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA confidentiality standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in collective case consultations to enhance therapeutic approaches and share best practices with colleagues.

• Stay informed about the latest research in marriage and family therapy to continuously improve and enrich your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds facing multifaceted challenges. Our clients may be dealing with mental health issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through their journey toward recovery and improved relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
\n
• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Maryland.
\n
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) utilizing evidence-based clinical practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in managing complex cases involving diverse family structures and mental health challenges.

• Experience in using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
