The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Attentive Cognitive, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs and challenges of couples and individual clients.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address complex family dynamics, enhancing communication and resolving conflicts.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on various issues including grief, loss, adjustment to changes such as divorce or remarriage, job-related stress, and family communication challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ranging from traditional methods to innovative therapeutic practices.

• Document treatment progress and adapt strategies as necessary in collaboration with team members, ensuring a cohesive care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals and families experiencing various psychological and emotional challenges. You will work with couples during counseling sessions, while also engaging with each family member individually when necessary to uncover deeper relational issues. Your expertise will enable you to effectively address various topics, including substance abuse, family conflicts, medical issues, and blended family dynamics, ultimately fostering healthier family systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a comparable role.
