Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the clients' goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others as appropriate.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships by actively listening and employing empathy in sessions.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal care.
\n
• Document all client interactions no later than 24 hours after the session to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
\n
• Stay informed about new developments in the field of mental health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is critical in providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions that lead to healing and recovery. By understanding the unique cultural and contextual challenges each client faces, you will be better equipped to guide them on their path to improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

• Active LCSW license in Tennessee is required.

• Demonstrated competence in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client and team interaction.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in family therapy, couples counseling, and working with children and adolescents. Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with online therapeutic tools will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
