Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Attentive Cognitive Mental Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with couples and families in both joint and individual therapy sessions to address interpersonal and relational challenges.

• Designing and implementing therapeutic plans tailored to the needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic frameworks.

• Facilitating open discussions about various issues, including but not limited to grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly, ensuring effective outcomes and satisfaction.

• Collaborating closely with other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients with concurrent physical and mental health needs.

• Documenting session notes and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participating in clinical supervision and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest developments in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be crucial in addressing the needs of a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work holistically with families dealing with issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
