Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Provide therapeutic support to clients addressing issues such as trauma, emotional distress, relationship conflicts, grief, and anxiety.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, client-driven treatment plans that reflect the unique values and needs of each client.

• Create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among clients and staff.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques tailored to support each client’s treatment goals.

• Collaborate effectively with other clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention for clients experiencing urgent psychological distress.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
