Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities aimed at promoting personal growth, emotional healing, and resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and continually monitor their progress towards these objectives.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility and dignity in treatment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of clinical notes and client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engagement in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a broad range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, providing a tailored approach to treatment that respects each client's unique background, experiences, and therapy goals. By addressing the mental health needs of diverse demographics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering their journey towards wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
