Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, focusing on issues such as relationship dynamics and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and seamless approach to client care, sharing insights on clients’ progress and adapting treatment as necessary.

• Educate and engage clients' families in the therapeutic process, providing guidance on how they can support their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families seeking assistance with emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Addressing diverse issues such as conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics, you will be instrumental in supporting clients as they navigate their personal healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to establish a therapeutic alliance with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit a strong capacity for empathy and understanding, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle case loads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting dealing with a diverse client base, particularly in a telehealth environment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Prior experience in family therapy or couples counseling will be advantageous.
