Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by clients, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are not only evidence-based but also reflect the personal values and preferences of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities that are appropriate for individual or group contexts, and adapting approaches as needed.

• Collaborate with other clinicians, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and facilitate referrals when necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need while maintaining a supportive therapeutic setting.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals, couples, and families seeking resolution for a diverse range of psychological and interpersonal issues. This includes adolescents grappling with developmental challenges, adults dealing with life transitions, couples experiencing relationship strife, and families seeking guidance in navigating complex dynamics. Your work will be instrumental in guiding clients toward more fulfilling and constructive relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated experience with strong clinical assessment skills, along with diagnostic and case management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and counseling skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n
