Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs through assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific emotional and psychological challenges.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Document all aspects of client interactions per company protocols, including ongoing evaluations, treatment plan updates, and progress notes.

• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients, and actively collaborate with colleagues to advance our organizational mission.

Your work at Top Point Counseling Clinic will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families facing an assortment of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.
