Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders affecting individuals and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing various counseling methodologies to facilitate healing and progress.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Conduct continuous assessments to monitor client progress and effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Provide referrals to specialized services or resources when required to ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Self Care Learning Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. Special focus will be given to family dynamics and how they impact mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
